What is the customer story game?
Showing buyers how you can help them through the voice of your customer is critical to building credibility and trust throughout the sales process. The customer story game helps share and broaden knowledge of customer success through collarboration.
What is the aim?
The aim of the game is for a player to select a card with a challenge or goal on it. They have 60 seconds to detail an existing customer who shared that challenge or goal and their results since becoming a client.
